"Hi there! My name is Alex, and I am a 4th grade teacher in Katy ISD. I teach 4th grade math and science; however, I do also have experience teaching reading and writing as well. This is my 8th year of teaching and have taught grades 1 and 3 in addition to 4th. I also have experience tutoring 5th grade science. As a teacher, I have plenty of experience working with a wide range of needs, as well as experience providing both one-on-one and small group instruction. Furthermore, I have been a go-to for modelling instruction in math and science for other teachers on campus.

As for my qualifications, I have a masters degree in elementary education from the University of Virginia, and I am licensed in Texas to teach PreK-6.
