"I have been teaching English for over 10 years, and enjoy every minute of it!

I first received my Master's in TESOL in 2016, and began teaching at private learning centers. Here, I taught to students from various countries such as Japan, France, Italy, Turkey, Brazil, and several others. After that job, I moved to Japan where I taught for 7 years. I taught students of all ages (3 - 90), as well as everything from conversational English, business English, academic English, as well as test preparation. I've worked in several settings, including private schools, high schools, universities, and traveled to private locations to give lessons.

I recently moved back to the United States, and have been teaching to students from several different countries. Many of my students prefer to improve their conversational English, though others want to improve business English or to improve their test scores. In all of these cases, I focus on having the students produce English by speaking as much as possible, while I help with proper pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar that native speakers use. After all of my lessons, I provide my students with a written summary of the lesson, so they can review what they have learned on their own." less...
