"In 2009, I self-studied for the LSAT and went from a 159 on my first practice test (and as low as 151 on another prep test) to a 173 on test day. I informally tutored a friend preparing for the LSAT, and I think I could be of help to other people as well. Rather than teaching a bunch of gimmicks that may or may not work the way the test prep companies do, my approach is to take a look at questions you are having trouble with and help you figure out the best way to approach it. This is how I taught myself and I think it will work for you as well.

I am in law school now and did very well my first semester, so I am also available to tutor on 1L subjects. Additionally, I have strong computer skills and have experience teaching people how to use Microsoft Office and other software.

I also have experience editing papers, including an article written by a professor, as well as resumes, cover letters, and blog posts. I have very strong grammar and spelling skills and believe I could be of use to anyone struggling with English class or looking for help with his or her writing.
