"I am a State of Texas TIA Exemplary elementary school teacher with 12 years of experience as a 5th-grade English Language Arts and 1 year of experience as a Special Education Inclusion and Resource Teacher for students in 2nd-5th grades. I am a Texas-certified EC-6 Teacher. I am also a certified ESL and Special Education Teacher. I have a background in reading intervention using Scottish Rite, SIPPS, and Nehaus Structured Literacy. I love to use games, technology, and hands-on activities to engage my students.
