"I am a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate individual who loves helping others reach their full potential. I specialize in language teaching for English and Spanish and have received both experience as a teacher and a student through studying abroad, teaching abroad, and my professional teaching career in various academic settings in and outside of the U.S.

I graduated from American University with a Master’s degree in Spanish: Latin American Studies and a certification for Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL). Studying abroad in Spain was the highlight of my undergraduate studies and I also had the pleasure of teaching at one of the most prestigious universities in the Dominican Republic.

These experiences have equipped me with the tools I need to be a successful language instructor for both English and Spanish. It also allows me to serve all ages and language backgrounds.

During our tutoring sessions I strive for a learning environment that is fun, creative, interactive and stimulating. The objectives are to get you speaking in no time and foster an environment where the language learning process may thrive. A student-centered environment is always my primary goal because the needs of the students should always come first.
