"Hi! I'm from Colombia. I love teaching Spanish and help people to get their goals in the language. As a linguist and Spanish native-speaker I have a lot of knowledge in the language. My BA in Linguistics and Anthropology gave me resources to understand the processes of language acquisition and during my time in University I found my passion for teaching, that is why I have a minor in Education.

I've worked since 2018 as a tutor in Universidad de los Andes teaching English as L2 and Spanish to not native-speakers. In the University, back there in Bogotá, I had an office with schedules to assist the students in the topics they needed. Moreover, since 2021 I started teaching Spanish to some indigenous children in Colombia because they didn't speak the language and needed it in particular social contexts.

Throughout my professional path, I have found very important the constant search and testing of different methods and strategies to teach and learn languages. This, because I believe that first, an instructor must always find ways to present topics in interesting and accessible ways, and second, not all students learn in the same way or with the same rythms.
