As an award-winning working journalist and artist based in NYC and doing full-time educational consulting in the humanities for several years, I know the skills you need to succeed in your professional and personal endeavors.

I'm a former interviewer for the Georgetown University Office of Undergraduate Admissions. I have helped students earn admission to top undergraduate and graduate schools, including Columbia University, Dartmouth, Duke, NYU, USC, FIT, and the Boston Architectural College, as well as leading medical and dental programs. I understand what top schools are looking for and how to help you get into the best school for you.

I also contract with four educational consulting firms, including two firms that are members of the National Association for College Admissions Counseling, where I have honed my winning methods with institutional knowledge.

Having grown up in the academic pressure cooker of Northern Virginia — I earned admission to TJHSST — I know the challenges of a hypercompetitive environment. I help students succeed while centering their interests.

As an illustrator, I am a Director of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists, and am a nationally syndicated cartoonist with Cagle Cartoons, America's leading newspaper syndicate for editorial illustration. I have taught character design, digital art (Procreate, Photoshop), the basics, + more. I was a Cartoon Crossroads Columbus Special Guest and exhibit nationwide, including at Fan Expo Philly, Awesome Con, the Small Press Expo, and more.
