Today, I work as a journalist at an online news outlet, where I publish an average of five articles daily on a wide range of subjects, from news to crime and entertainment. I'm energetic, bubbly, and have over six years of professional tutoring experience under my belt.

After graduating university, I spent three years tutoring with a professional tutoring company. During my time there, I became familiar with tutoring students in their entrance exams to a variety of New York City schools; I also became familiar with the Common Core and its approach.

I tend to spend the majority of my first session with students working through handouts to see what their thought processes are. I then assign supplemental homework to reiterate what was taught in each lesson.

My experience lies mainly with Algebra and Geometry when it comes to math. I was able to raise all my students test scores in these subjects. Beyond that, I consider writing my specialty.
