"What's the best way to learn English? The honest answer is that there is no single best way, no "magic bullet", and no app to learn English while you sleep (at least not yet). However, there are many good strategies and tools for learning English. Which ones you use when, and how you use them to reach your goals, depends on you: your personality, your situation, and your goals. My job is to guide you on a learning path that works best for you, and keep you from getting stuck along the way.

My professional background is in science, business, and education. I'm a language learner myself, having studied several languages and lived abroad. I understand the obstacles language learners face, and also the joy of accomplishment when you "get it" in another language.

Here's a little more about me, so you can feel confident I'm qualified to help you, I have a Master's Degree in TESOL from the University of San Francisco, earned in 2004. Since that time I have taught English in China (4 years), Turkey (3 years) and in the United States for the past 10 years. I love working with language learners at all proficiency levels, from basic literacy to academic and professional English for career advancement.
