"I have worked in the non-profit sector for a number of years and now work for a local hospice, where I manage the volunteer program. I carry out specialized trainings on a regular basis as a part of this position and would enjoy the opportunity to help children to develop to their full capabilities through tutoring on the weekend days. I enjoy the learning process and impacting the life of a child in a positive way, and I feel that tutoring a child and watching him or her grow would be a very satisfying process.

I have an undergraduate degree in Journalism, as well as a graduate degree in Public Health. My graduate degree, which I completed in 2013, required many hours of research in order to develop and write papers on a weekly basis. As a mother of three children, I have encouraged and tutored my won children in their own writing and English classes. I have always excelled in grammar and english and enjoy teaching others these skills.
