I have a diploma in Music Theory from the Athens Conservatory and a degree in Musicology from Stockholm`s University. I have been teaching Guitar and Music Theory in music schools and privately for the last 25 years in Europe ,in Athens (Greece) and in Stockholm (Sweden) , and in New York for the last 11 years and have developed an understanding for what each student wants and needs to accomplish and the ability to customize my lessons to fit each student`s goals.

I am a recording-performing artist with regular gigs at BB King's in NYC, appearances at the Rubinstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, and with several highly acclaimed recordings under my name.

I teach acoustic,electric guitar and bass with emphasis in Blues-Rock- Jazz.

I also teach bouzouki and Greek Music.

All levels and ages are accepted.

My studio is conveniently located in midtown-Manhattan but i also travel to the student's home." less...
