"Since I graduated from Harvard (B.A., Biology) and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, I've been a full-time teacher. I was a Founding Fellow in the Harvard Teacher Fellows program, a member of Stanford's Hollyhock Fellowship, and most recently became a National Board Certified Teacher and earned my school's Master Teacher Distinction. I have 10 years experience teaching 9th-12th grade math, from Algebra 1 through AP Calculus.

All of this is to say: I absolutely love teaching and learning. For the past 3 years, I've tutored students for SAT and ACT prep, AP exam prep (Biology & Calculus), and high school coursework for 9th through 12th graders. My students have gone on to Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley, Pomona, and more.

For me, this work is about test prep, but also about so much more. I have made it my career to guide students to deep, flexible, and durable understandings of mathematics, and to help young people develop the confidence that their ideas matter. I believe that great tutoring requires a tutor who has more than just great test scores. It requires someone who knows how the world's leading education schools have proven students learn best, with the experience and skills necessary to make that vision come alive.
