"Hello! I'm Carolina, and I love helping people develop their reading and writing skills. My true passion is creative writing -- I'm currently a screenwriter with representation in LA -- but I also have extensive experience with academic and business writing.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University in 2018. As a Sociology major, I learned how to read academic literature, write analytical essays, and conduct independent research. My senior thesis won the Hoopes Prize and the Albert M. Fulton Prize. I also taught a civics course to elementary school students through the Harvard Institute of Politics.

After college, I spent four years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. In this role, I further developed my ability to synthesize data and concisely articulate a point of view. I volunteered with McKinsey's hiring efforts, reviewing 100+ resumes and conducting dozens of job interviews. I also provided interview coaching for 100+ applicants in group and individual settings.

As a tutor, I really enjoy working with high school and college students on writing skills. I also have experience coaching students for consulting interviews-- my past students have landed job offers at top firms such as McKinsey and BCG.
