"Hello there! I’m a sophomore studying Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University in Provo Utah. I have about a year of professional experience tutoring math, mostly with elementary and high school aged students. When I was in High School, I worked for about 6 months with a math tutoring franchise, tutoring elementary to high school aged students in fundamental mathematical principles. I also worked as a peer math tutor in the high school math lab teaching algebra, pre-calculus, statistics, and calculus.

I scored a 35 overall on the ACT with perfect scores in math and english. I’ve always been good at Math, but I had to work hard to improve my English score. Let me help you do the same!

As a standardized test, the ACT/SAT have established rules and limited questions: they only test on specific predefined principles. It’s almost like a game, a game that we can win! My approach focuses helping students understand and master these principles through practice, guided examples, and intermittent assessments.
