"I am a Health and Wellness Professional with demonstrated experience and education in the industry. I have completed my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. I have completed additional schooling for massage therapy. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, and have acquired many other fitness, wellness, and bodywork certifications. I graduated with my B.S. in 2019, and have gained my LMT, CPT and other certifications since then.

During & after completion of school, I have worked in a multitude of gym environments. I currently work in an environment with a large team of wellness professionals. We work with professional athletes, entrepreneurs, business owners and other clients in the top class of health and wellness to better themselves, no matter the cost. I’ve helped students pass the NASM CPT certification exam, the MBLEx exam, and more!

In my years of working, I have also gained business experience by being an Executive Operations Director within my current position as well. This has given me a thorough proficiency in Microsoft office, with a focus in Excel, PowerPoint, and word. I am also currently completing my Masters of Business Administration online at AUM.
