"I am a health and wellness professional with 8 years of experience in the wellness/fitness industry. I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Wellness, Public Health minor from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I continue to receive ongoing education from my employers and other relevant professional experience.

I do not have direct experience tutoring, but I do have applicable experience from coaching clients as I help them work towards their health goals. I also have been teaching larger groups in the fitness industry. I am adaptable and flexible, and would feel comfortable tutoring clients in nutrition and other health areas.

Nutrition is one of my specialties and passions. Not only do I have formal education in Nutrition and Wellness, but I also work hard to embody these values in my life. I enjoy home gardening and experimenting with healthy cooking methods and recipes.
