"I received my undergraduate in Applied Mathematics and my master's in Industrial Mathematics at Utah State University. In my undergrad I was a tutor at the Aggie Math Learning Center where I helped many students in various fields of mathematics. In my teaching I applied the Socratic method most commonly. I also loved to give many other examples closely related to the specific problem the student was working on to help their understanding. In grad school I taught a math recitation and gave lectures. In these scenarios I provide many real world examples to help the student understand why our math is useful.
