"Hello everyone!

My name is Dylan, and I love to teach. I am a graduate of Western Washington University, with a degree in Mathematics and Physics. I moved to New York to attend The City College of New York and complete my Master's. I am now working towards a PhD in Physics at the CUNY Graduate Center.

I currently work as a Physics Lab Assistant, teaching various introductory physics labs. My most knowledgeable fields are Physics, Calculus, Pre-calculus (including Trigonometry, Geometry, and Algebra), Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra. I work best with motivated high school and college level students, as well as those working towards a clear academic goal.

I prefer to look at things from a wide perspective, perhaps solving a problem using multiple different methods. I feel that getting a correct answer on a question doesn't always mean you've thought about it the right way, and I encourage people to talk out with words every step of a problem or derivation." less...
