"I’m a certified elementary teacher with a background in both education and wellness, currently teaching 4th grade in Hawai‘i. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and have completed coursework in education and child development, with a focus on creating self-directed, confident learners. I’ve worked with students of all learning styles, including those with IEPs and English language learners, and I specialize in breaking down academic content into fun, engaging steps that kids actually enjoy.

Before teaching full-time, I spent over 10 years as a wellness coach, helping people improve their physical and mental health through resistance-based movement. I now bring that same approach to education—blending academics with movement and mindfulness to help students stay focused, regulate emotions, and build real confidence. I’ve taught in classrooms, led one-on-one sessions, and even supported after-school enrichment programs focused on both academic and physical development.
