"With a PhD in Higher Education from Iowa State University (minor in Women's and Gender Studies, certificates in Applied Research Methods and Social Justice Education), an MS in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, and dual bachelor's degrees in African and Afro American Studies and Political Science from SUNY Brockport, I bring over 15 years of experience as both an administrator and educator.

As a college instructor for over 10 years, I've taught undergraduate and graduate courses in women's studies and African American studies, guiding hundreds of students through research papers, analytical essays, and personal statements. My PhD research focused on higher education access and student success, giving me deep insight into what colleges look for in applicants.
