"Hi! I'm an experienced educator with a strong passion for helping students grow in their confidence and academic skills. I’ve spent the past four years working as a substitute teacher in a variety of elementary classrooms (grades K–6), where I taught core subjects including reading, writing, and math. I’ve also worked for one year as a one-on-one tutor, supporting students in both elementary subjects and high school American history.

I’m currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Education, and I’ll be graduating in December 2025. Through my coursework and field experiences, I’ve developed a strong foundation in structured literacy, differentiated instruction, and student-centered teaching practices. I use multisensory strategies to support early readers, scaffold writing instruction, and break down math concepts into manageable, engaging steps.

I’ve worked with students of varying academic levels, including those with IEPs, ADHD, and reading difficulties. My goal is to meet each student where they are, adapt my instruction to their needs, and help them build both skills and confidence.

In addition to my elementary expertise, I also tutor high school American history, helping students strengthen their understanding of key events, improve essay writing, and prepare for assessments with a focus on historical thinking and analysis.
