"I studied physics at Columbia University, and earned a BS in pure mathematics at URI. I am currently working towards a mathematics PhD. As a graduate student, I've taught online courses in applied calculus, and been an in class instructor for college algebra. I have over 15 years experience tutoring both high school and college level mathematics, physics, and chemistry, as well as working with junior college students considered to be at high risk of academic failure. Thus I am comfortable with students at all levels of confidence and ability. I scored a 1600 on the SAT, and can remove the anguish and uncertainty of SAT prep.
