"My name is Donna . I am a wife, a mother , of two amazing young men. I am also a kindergarten Special Education Teacher. I am teaching for over 22 years, and hold two Professional certifications in Early Childhood and Special Education Birth-2.

I am extremely compassionate about my teaching career. As an educator, I am constantly looking for ways to communicate effectively with my students. I usually base my teaching styles around my students multiple intelligences , and learning abilities. I see how my students are struggling with online learning , and I am forever grateful for the opportunities to be amongst educators who are working very hard trying to close the educational gaps that students are facing today due to this pandemic. I am a strong believer in Howard Gardeners theory that all children can learn , and they all possess multiple intelligences. I am that educator who work hard to find those intelligences in all my students.

I currently working online as a Special Education kindergarten Teacher in the NYC public school system. I am a licensed educator in both General and Special Education, I'm very compassionate working with the special need population. I also have experience as Special Education Itinerant Teacher working one on one with students with Individual Education Plans. I am also very knowledgeable about planning lessons around the IEP goals I set for my students.

Working online as afford me the privileges to help my students with synchronous as well as, asynchronous opportunities while learning in the comfort of their own home.
