"Hi, I'm James! I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley (BA, Molecular and Cell Biology) and will be heading to medical school in the fall. I am passionate about many areas of biology (genetics, physiology, microbiology, and ecology) and I believe that biology and chemistry can be explained in simple, approachable way. I try to put a fun and relatable spin on otherwise complicated topics in order to make learning a more enjoyable experience.

I have over 7 years of experience tutoring high school students and over 3 years of experience tutoring undergraduate students in biology and chemistry. I have taught one-on-one, small groups, and have been a TA for classes of up to 20 students.
