"With over a decade in education, I've taught a wide range of high school English and College Prep courses within the metro Atlanta area. This has taught me to better serve the diverse needs of students including English Language Learners, Gifted students, and those with special needs. These courses include: 9th Lit/Comp, 10th Lit/Comp, World Literature, American Literature, and AP Language and Composition.

During my time as an educator, I led the English Department and ran the AVID College Success Program. I received many accolades over the years such as Teacher of the Year 2023.
