"I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. My passion for education led me to pursue a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction, which I completed in 2012. Furthering my commitment to educational leadership, I earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership in 2018.

With a Virginia Teaching License in Mathematics, I embraced the constructionist approach to learning, believing that students learn best through hands-on experiences and active engagement. I dedicated six years to teaching mathematics, where I not only imparted knowledge but also inspired students to explore and understand mathematical concepts deeply.

After six years in the classroom, I transitioned into an administrative role, where I continued to influence educational practices and policies. Despite moving out of the classroom, my passion for teaching remained strong.
