I have tutored a few students through a school year. I have helped improve students improve their grades in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Math Analysis, and Pre-Calculus from a D to a B. All sessions were one-on-one and very thorough. All sessions started out going through what they had learned that day/week and identifying what they needed assistance understanding. We would walk through the process step-by-step and emphasize areas they were struggling in. Then I draft up problems that we work through together. Once they had a feel for the process, this would allow them to work through the homework problems on their own.

All students were of high school age and I tutored them anywhere from one month to an entire school year.
