Autumn 2023 Update: I plan to take on only 3 families for full-time 2-4 hour per week instruction. I will come to your home and get to know your child on a comprehensive level and we will plan a course of action for the semester. An initial 2 hour intake interview will be required for every new prospective client. I want to help your student succeed, and an adequate understanding of homework expectations and an understanding of strong study skills will be required. I can also aid in study skill development over the course of multiple years of tutelage, especially in mathematics.

Because each student is unique and learns differently, my lessons and teaching vary to match what works best for the student. With my mechanical engineering background, I firmly link abstract principles to tangible real-world phenomena; these connections are instrumental for developing an intuition for science that demystifies and heightens the equations we use.

In addition to eight years of tutoring extremely satisfied students, I have taught Physics, Algebra, Calculus, and Engineering to middle school and high school students for Duke TIP.
