I have my degree in American Sign Language Interpreting and have been in the field since 2018. While interpreting is a big part of my background, I have been working as a private and group tutor and teacher since 2018 as well! Proficiency in the language and knowledge of Deaf culture and the community has allowed me to help students of all backgrounds to reach their goals and learn the language effectively.

Through my 7 years of teaching, I have worked with students of all ages the youngest being only 3 years old. Some of my students are learning for personal enrichment, to learn another lanuage, or just for fun. Others have family members or co-workers that are Deaf or hard of hearing. I have also worked in tutoring many students who are currently enrolled in ASL classes in high school or college, interpreting students, or ones looking to start such programs.

Whatever your reasons for learning, whatever your needs are, I am ready to work with you! Whether you would like to use a well-designed curriculum or would like to work on your class work, I am more than happy to assist!
