"Hello! I am excited about the possibility of being a tutor for you as I am a lifelong learner with a passion for helping others. My areas of expertise are Accounting (Introductory and Intermediate level classes), Finance (Introductory level classes) and Marketing (all classes and levels). I held my CPA license for over 10 Years and have spent over 20 years in Marketing marrying both my creative side with my love of numbers working in Brand Management for both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies. Before that, I spent 4 years after college working at an international public accounting firm focusing on financial and tax accounting.

I have an MBA from Duke University where I focused my studies on Marketing and Finance. While I was at Duke I served as a Teaching Assistant and tutor for the following classes: Marketing Analytics, Brand Management, Corporate Finance, and Statistics. My undergraduate degrees are from the University of Missouri where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Currently, I am tutoring both college-level and graduate (MBA) students in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance and would love to add more students. I believe that all students learn differently and, as such, I adapt my tutoring methods to what works best with the student’s particular needs, whether that be reviewing in-class material, finding additional problems to work on, setting up case studies, or just doing homework together.
