"My name is Seulgi K! I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor's degree in History, and a minor in English. I am also a lifelong artist and writer. Throughout my time in college, I learned just how important help was in achieving my goals. I learned a lot not just from my textbooks, but from my peers, teachers, and mentors. I often found myself helping my classmates whenever they struggled in class, and this experience gave me a passion for helping others learn. I began tutoring college students after graduating both on and offline, and I have a year of experience in tutoring.

I offer support in understanding fundamental material and overviewing homework and essays. I work one-on-one with students so that I can figure out their needs. My goal is for students to not just memorize the material and forget it later, but for them to fully understand it. For example, when guiding a fellow artist, I realized that they did not fully understand the principles of construction. We went back and studied this concept, so that my student not only understood construction in theory, but he could use construction in practice to confidently create solid looking figures. I also read essays for students, and I use my experience in English to not only proofread their papers, but make sure that their work is both detailed and focused.
