My name is John, but most people call me by my middle name, Bennett.

I graduated from Santa Fe College in 2010 with an Associate's Degree in History. Since then I've been performing at reenactments and events around North Central Florida, trying to educate people about local history in a visual, interactive medium. Far from simple exposition, I think that learning is more about analyzing what life was like long ago than knowing dates, facts, and figures. Understanding how people lived, worked, and what motivated them will tell you why they acted thusly at a given point in history, and will resonate far better than just a name and a date."
