My name is Peter and I am currently a second year at the University of Virginia studying Arabic and Pre-Commerce. Although I have never taught a formal tutoring session before, I, as the middle child of 21 cousins, have always loved teaching and helping my younger cousins through their lower/middle/high school careers.

Having grown up overseas for a half my life I have been exposed to many different types of education and I use my experiences to try to help students understand different concepts with a variety of methods. Before University, I went to an academically rigorous Highschool in Manhattan in which I made honor roll every year, won multiple speech and debate awards, and was heavily involved in school sports. Since a young age, I've always had a desire to push myself academically and I would love to help you pursue any of your own academic desires as well.

Although I went to very humanity-based high schools, I have always appreciated and embraced the challenges of math. My strongest math subjects include elementary math, geometry, and pre-Algebra.

Having been raised around the world and being heavily impacted by my grandfather's love for history, I have always taken it upon myself to read and explore many different types of history. In addition to a deep understanding of European History and Geography, my many years in history classes and AP preparation have taught me the skill of strong evidence-based writing.

Although I am a full-time student at the university, I have a fair amount of time during the week and on the weekends to prepare and tutor.
