"Hi, my name is LaRae, and I love working with people! I have worked with intellectually delayed adults for sixteen years trying to make a difference in their lives. Working with my clients, and having a child who is Autistic, has taught me so much, and if the time is put in to train the individual, they can have the ability to change their life and become a self-sufficient adult as much as possible.

I was a good student all throughout grade school and into high school. I have my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business. I have a Masters in HR Management, and I strive to make sure that I gained the most out of my education. I feel very strongly about encouraging our youth to stay in school and to be all that they can be.

Our youth is going to run our country one day. As I mentioned before, I have a child who is Autistic, and I know how hard school can be for an individual who might not think as others. I have fought to get better services put in place for children who might learn at a different pace than others, or even need items in the classroom such as a tablet in order to complete tasks that are required. I just know that simple items or even patience can make all the difference in the world to a child. If an individual will stop and take the time to help them understand as well as feel that they are making a difference the child's world can completely turn around positively. I look forward to meeting you and working with your child. I am also available to tutor adults in various subjects as I am very patient and really love learning new things. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. I truly believe that, with the proper guidance and the right amount of effort, everyone has the ability to learn anything.
