"I am a former certified high school and middle school math teacher with 35 years experience teaching a wide range of secondary math levels. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and my Masters degree in Education Leadership. I taught for eleven years in top rated Michigan school districts before my three children were born. After I left the schools 24 years ago to stay home with my children, I have stayed very busy doing exclusive private tutoring over these past years. I kept my teaching certificate current until just recently when I decided that I prefer tutoring to large classroom instruction.

I understand math does not come easy to all students and given my expertise as a math major teaching various levels, I have a strong ability to simplify complex concepts.
