I am a veteran secondary education teacher who has taught middle and high school Spanish as well as undergraduate Spanish at Purdue. I have lived abroad and studied or have conducted research in Mexico, Spain, Uruguay, Argentina, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. For my research, I specialize in Heritage Spanish, Afro-Hispanic and Spanish Caribbean culture and literature. I am also extremely familiar with Chicano and Puerto-Rican American cultures. I specialize in tutoring both Spanish AP courses.

What I love most about tutoring is helping the students. By the time a student searches for a tutor, he or she is at a very low point in their learning confidence.
