I love to help others to learn cosmetology theory/practical techniques as well as facilitate business soft skill hands on training that will also include self awareness and empowerment workshops that will enable the learner to have a well rounded journey as they achieve their educational goals to become professionally grounded within their cosmetology career.

I am well versed with training undergraduates and advance training for graduates that desire to learn new and innovative techniques of the trade.

I will coach those that need the extra motivation and encouragement.

As a professional I am a motivated high-energy educator with a demonstrated record of accomplishments for managing students and maximizing learning opportunities in diverse settings.

Along with teaching current and advanced lessons, I also have curriculum and lesson plans that will help licensed cosmetologist to become well rounded educators.

I develop and facilitate soft, technical and advanced skill hands on and online courses. I utilize innovative business training techniques to motivate students to become entrepreneurs, managers, educators, and leaders.

I have been working as a cosmetologist for over 30 years and a cosmetology educator 8 years.
