"I am Charles and I am an experienced educator having instructed in a wide variety of academic settings.

In regards to Russian language tutoring, I have worked with both DC area professionals and PhD, undergraduate, high school, middle school and elementary school students.

I also taught beginning, intermediate and advanced level Russian language students for Montgomery County Public Schools. In March of 2016, ten of my students received medals at the annual Maryland Olympiada of Spoken Russian competition!

In regards to ESL, I have instructed beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes for many years Virginia public schools.

In regards to elementary school teaching, I have taught math, reading, writing, science and social studies classes as a substitute teacher for Arlington Public Schools.
