I have been a certified teacher and worked in a public school for over 20 years. I have early childhood and elementary education certifications and a also a master’s degree in special education.

I have experience with teaching children number sense through a variety of games.

I use Fundations based on The Wilson reading system to teach phonics. I have taught students to write narrative, opinion and information writing. I teach fiction and nonfiction reading.
