"I am a Labor Relationist who graduated from The University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras with a specialty in Psychosocial and Legal Protection of Workers, with a certification in education from the same university. I have a great knowledge about the Human Resources area in a public or private company, whether it is training, recruitment, training, policies and jurisdictions. Work in the Appeals Division and the Appeals Office before the Secretary in the Department of Labor and Human Resources attending cases as an administrative judge of the Employment Security Act.
