"I received my Bachelor's Degree of Science at Louisiana State University in 2019, where I majored in biology and minored in psychology. During that time, I gained experience as a SI (supplemental instruction) leader in general biology for majors. During my Master's Degree at Lamar University, which was awarded to me in 2023, I gained 2 years of teaching experience as a TA (teaching assistant) for general biology (for majors) and anatomy and physiology laboratories.

I also used my background in biology and psychology to research the neurobiology of psychiatric disorders and the neuropharmacology of cannabidiol. Through this experience, I gained expertise in pharmacology and neurobiology research, which I used to write multiple manuscripts, including a first-author publication in IBRO Neuroscience Reports. I have presented my award-winning research at several conferences and taught cannabidiol neuropharmacology to legal experts at the Clark Hill Cannabis Law Division.
