"I am Juan Ronderos, I have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. For the past 15 years I have been tutoring math. I started getting a teaching certification for teaching 6 to 12 grade. I tutoring in the University for The Mathematics Department where I was hired to tutor Algebra 1, Precalculus, Calculus 1 and 2 and Trigonometry. I quickly fell in love with tutoring because I enjoyed watching students learn and gain confidence in the subject. I got involved in any tutoring I could find. I tutored during summer school as well as winter break.

After that, I got a job as a golf coach at a golf school where I would tutor in the after school program for kids from the age 13 to 17. I would help the students that were falling behind at school and I also help the students to prepared for upcoming test. Next, I moved to California where I tutored night school students ages 12 to 15. After work I tutored 3 hours a day. On time one of the families was so happy with my tutoring approach and connection with my students that they asked me to move in their home so that I could teach their son every day.

Finally I moved Bach to Florida where I got my teaching certificate for teaching mathematics for grades 6-8 and became a teacher at a local Middle school. I tough there for 2 years PreAlgebra and Algebra. I liked teaching but it was not my passion because I loved more the interaction of one on one teaching style.
