"I work as a committed math teacher with more than ten years of experience. I help students gain confidence in math and achieve solid results in their studies.

I earned a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from the University of Education in Winneba. I also completed a Master of Education in Mathematics Education. Now, I am close to graduating with a Master of Philosophy in Mathematics Education from Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development. I started teaching Math in 2011 at T. I. Ahmadiyya Girls Senior High School in Ghana. I now serve as an online Math resource person. I currently teach mathematics in the Danville Public School District in Virginia, USA. I have been a Mathematics Examiner and invigilator for the West African Examinations Council. These roles have prepared me to have strong understanding of exam creation and the best ways for students to prepare.

Through the years, I have prepared students for STEM competitions. For instance, I coached a team that ranked among the top schools in the Ashanti Region STEM competition run by the Ghana Energy Commission. I set up a STEM club at my school. That club ended up in the top 10 STEM schools in Ashanti. This shows my dedication to motivating students outside standard classes. I have offered free math and computer lessons to students from underprivileged backgrounds. I have also guided fellow teachers on using online tools and data for research and instruction.

I focus on middle and high school mathematics topics. These include pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. I cover senior high school and early college math subjects. I align them with exam syllabi from Ghana and international programs.
