"I am an educator and researcher with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (with prior M.S. and B.S. in Civil & Agricultural Engineering) and 20+ years of experience teaching and mentoring college, graduate, and adult learners. I have served as a professor at Florida International University and published more than 115 peer-reviewed papers, books, and book chapters while leading projects in watershed management, climate change, and water-resources modeling across the U.S., the Caribbean, Latin America, and Africa.

I specialize in exam preparation for FE (Civil and Environmental; other disciplines) and PE (Civil: Water Resources & Environmental, Construction, Geotechnical, Transportation—and PE Environmental). Many of my students have recently passed their licensure exams, six on the PE across multiple disciplines and four on the FE.
