"I have a master's degree in teaching English to non-native speakers and a master's degree in English specializing in technical writing. I also have a master's degree in counseling. I worked in the mental health and addiction fields facilitating groups, giving educational presentations, and working directly with couples and individuals for two decades.

I've volunteered in an ELAA class with students from China, Vietnam, Turkey, Rwanda, Republic of the Congo, Mexico, Guatemala, and Argentina. I did my student internship with students in advanced beginner ELAA. My private tutoring included working with students from Brazil, Poland, Venezuela, Switzerland, India, Thailand and Taiwan. I've supported students who wanted to work on improving their pronunciation as well as those who wanted assistance working on graduate documents. Some students wanted to improve their business writing and public speaking at both universities and medical facilities.
