"Hello! I am a PhD student currently studying in Astronomy and Physics at Georgia Tech. I love science and math, and I am dedicated to helping people learn them as best as I can. Everyone deserves to learn and enjoy science and math as much as possible.

Before beginning my PhD, I completed my undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Astronomy-Physics and a B.A. in Chemistry with highest distinction. I was a teaching assistant for Accelerated Organic Chemistry 1 & 2 for 2.5 years at UVa, where I ran review sessions before exams, oversaw problem solving questions for the class, and held weekly office hours helping students with homework. I received a teaching assistant award upon my graduation in 2023. I also was a teaching assistant for introductory astronomy, setting up the 26'' telescope for students to view beautiful astronomical objects, with some students seeing planets like Saturn for the first time in their lives. During this time, I became very interested and invested in helping students understand notoriously difficult subjects, such as chemistry, physics, and math.

In my graduate studies, I served as a graduate teaching assistant in Introductory Physics to an audience of primarily 1st and 2nd year college students. With additionally training from physics education researchers, I lead the classroom discussions and problem solving sessions for two different sections of the course, where I received very positive reviews from both sections of the students at the end of the semester. I am aim to continue improving my skills in education through teaching classes and seminars available through my institution.

In addition to my qualifications during my post-secondary educations, I have also had success in standardized test taking, earning a perfect score on SAT in 2018 and a 35 on the ACT." less...
