"I currently work as a department chair of an excellent high school in Rhode Island. I teach AP Calculus and absolutely love it. I also am an instructor at Johnson and Wales University. I love teaching math and helping students make sense out of the confusion that sometimes arises with the material.

I love teaching Calculus. I can really help students see how the topics from Algebra intertwine with Calculus to understand the concepts. Sometimes student have difficulty with procedure, and sometime with conceptual understanding. I really try and make the connection with both to help with enduring understanding of the content.

About me: I was a former soccer coach at the high school level and still play in an adult league. I love sports, both playing and watching. I have two great kids who are very energetic. One will be starting school next year." less...
