"I have been a teacher and a tutor for more than 20 years. Whew! I have worked with many ages from pre-school all the way through high school. I have taught 1st and 2nd grade, and also been a substitute teacher for quite a while, working in middle schools and high schools.

I enjoy substituting currently because I can help out in many different subjects. I went to college to teach middle school and high school English and History, although I have worked the most with elementary students.

I have a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries, as well as a major in English and a minor in History, with an Education emphasis. I have written a book, and have a gift for helping others read, and grow their grammar skills.

I have tutored and worked with students with ADD and AUT, and I feel very comfortable with them. I have patience and a special place in my heart fro those with special needs.
