"I hold an MA in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling and Vocational Evaluation. For 27 years I gave academic tests, work samples, and aptitude tests. I assisted people to select employment, apply and succeed on the job.

I have a practical approach, working with a person's needs. I've chosen the elementary level because basics are the vital skills upon which all other learning depends. If one is proficient in reading and basic math all else is possible. I find out what activities a person enjoys and select reading material that reflects enjoyment and have him or her read short selections from these areas.
