"I am a Chicago-based voice teacher with extensive experience teaching a wide range of music genres, including classical, pop, and contemporary styles. I hold a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the Eastman School of Music, giving me a deep understanding of vocal technique and performance that I bring to my students.

I’ve performed everything from classical operatic roles to popular music. Trained as a classical singer, I’ve sung main roles with opera companies such as Haymarket Opera Company, Chicago Summer Opera, and Cedar Rapids Theatre.

In addition to my vocal expertise, I’ve worked for many years in arts administration and college admissions, which gives me a unique perspective on the performing arts industry. This allows me to equip my students not only with technical skills but also with a deeper understanding of the broader artistic landscape.

As a versatile singer with a vocal range spanning more than three octaves, I specialize in helping students expand their vocal range and develop a powerful, resonant head voice. My knowledge in these areas helps singers fully explore their vocal abilities and build confidence throughout their entire range.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in classical vocal techniques as a foundation for vocal development.
